To develop a website with a good UX design, the end user/customer is always our utmost priority in achieving this result. Initially, JGM had a website that was unattractive and, as a result, didn’t provide a great user experience. This affected their brand awareness and online sales. We aimed to increase their connection and user engagement by creating an excellent design.
To do this, we considered some of the challenges raised by their audience and what they expected. With this information, we provided the client with a new website design that communicates the brand’s message clearly and provides a great user experience.
